Please contact the store you bought your items from to request a return or refund. They can let you know if a return is possible and will inform you of the refund amount, based on their own return policy.

After your store processes your return, your refund will appear in your Tabby account as soon as the merchant informs us. This process takes around 2 working days 

If you haven't paid for the order yet, we will simply deduct the amount of the returned items from any upcoming payments you have. 

If you have already paid for the returned items, we shall refund you back directly to your credit or debit card used for the purchase.
